Sending mail to place members

You can send mail about a place or multiple places to place managers, place members, or to general e-mail addresses from the places catalog.

  1. From Places Administration, click Places.
  2. Select the check box next to a place name in the places catalog.
    Note: You can send mail about multiple places by selecting all of the check boxes that apply.
  3. Click Actions > Send Mail.
  4. Select Send Messages to place managers only or Send Messages to all place members.
  5. To send your customized message to others, enter their e-mail addresses in the Other Recipients field.
  6. Type a message to broadcast information about a place.
  7. Click OK to finish sending mail about a place.
